Two ways to shop
In person — the heart of Retail Therapy is our Waterville shop. Walk in Monday through Saturday and hunt the racks for new and like-new clothing, shoes, and accessories in sizes XS–4X, with fresh arrivals every week.
Online — we also sell online through our Facebook and Instagram (@retail_therapy207), not on this website. Follow along for new arrivals and online sales, and message us to claim a piece before it's gone.

How consigning works
Consigning with Retail Therapy is simple and low-pressure. Bring in a manageable selection of clean, gently used, in-season women's clothing, footwear, and accessories — think on-trend pieces you'd be excited to see on someone else. Our team will look through your items and let you know what we can take. Accepted pieces are tagged, priced, and put out on the floor. When something sells, you earn a share of the sale price — take it as store credit (a favorite around here) or cash. Please give us a call at (207) 213-4600 before your first drop-off so we can walk you through the current guidelines and let you know what's selling. We can't wait to see what's in your closet.

We recommend calling ahead at (207) 213-4600 before your first visit so we can let you know what we're currently accepting and the best time to drop off.
What kinds of items do you take?
Clean, gently used, on-trend women's clothing, shoes, handbags, jewelry, and accessories in sizes XS through 4X. Everything should be freshly laundered and free of stains, pilling, or damage.
How do I get paid?
When your items sell, you can take your earnings as store credit or cash. Most of our consignors love the store credit — it's a fun excuse to shop!
Are you an online store?
No, and we love that. Retail Therapy is an in-person shopping experience. The fun is walking in, seeing what's new, and finding that one piece that's meant for you.
What sizes do you carry?
Everything from XS to 4X. Our racks are truly size-inclusive and always changing, so there's something for every body.
Do you take returns?
Because inventory is one-of-a-kind and constantly moving, all sales are final. Our team is happy to help you try things on and feel confident before you buy.
